What Can Be Returned:
We DO offer returns on DAMAGED & MISLABLED items – due to an error on our part. We do not want you to be stuck with an item which was received damaged. Please see below for further information. We will refund your payment for the item via our 15-day refund policy (and will also pay for the ground shipping to get it back to us). Let us know, and we’ll get you sorted out. For our clothing products (including t-shirts), we provide you with a size chart and information about the clothing beforehand on the sales page of each item. A lot of clothing items are Unisex (men and women can wear them) in the product itself. We do, however, specify if the apparel item is for ladies only (t-shirt, sweatshirt, or hoodie).
We are NOT in the business of misleading people; therefore, before purchases, we ask that you, please ensure that you have checked out the size charts before ordering. Unfortunately, there will be no refunds or exchanges due to ordering the wrong size. Or, due to buyer’s remorse. The above-stated includes but is not limited to apparel, specialty items, mugs, pillows, phone cases, etc. There can be no refunds for wrong size choice color, or item selection, etc.
Hey, as we stated above, we do not want you to be stuck with a damaged item! If you have received a damaged item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within five days of receiving the items to make us aware of the damages. Please take photos of the product as soon as it arrives. Please also provide us with the order number and the details.
We believe in accountability. If you are not sure if your item falls under the ‘damaged item’ category, please STILL contact us.
Please allow us up to 7-10 business days for your refund to be sent back to your PayPal or credit card account, after we have received the item back.
If you would like to return a mislabeled apparel product, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You have up to 15-days for a refund.
Sale Items (if applicable):
Only regular priced items will be issued a refund (where specified). Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Downloadable | Virtual Products (e-books, software, courses, etc.):
Because of the nature of downloadable/virtual products, they are not eligible for a refund. Therefore, all sales will be final. However, we will guarantee that we will provide you with quality virtual products.
Please understand that we have implemented this policy because we have partnerships with vendors. These vendors will not take back an item due to buyer’s remorse or because of a sizing or wrong color issue.
